HSBC To Sell UK Pensions Business To Swiss Re

HSBC Holdings PLC Wednesday said it will sell its UK pensions business to Swiss Re subsidiary ReAssure Ltd, but HSBC Global Asset Management Ltd will remain the investment manager for most of the assets being sold.
